When your child turns three years old, they can join our Governor Run Nursery.


Children are admitted to St Mary’s Primary School Nursery Provision in the September following their 3rd birthday.

Children can be admitted to our nursery provision at the beginning of the spring or summer term after their 3rd birthday.

The Nursery children follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum alongside the Reception pupils.

Nursery Provision Funding and Charges

Extended Hours

Pupils who attend the school Nursery beyond the 15 hour government funded allocation and requesting extended hours will be charged £4.60 per hour. The sessions will be am and pm sessions.

8.45 am – 11.45am and 12.15pm – 3.15 pm.

The total cost of extended hours (beyond EEF funding) per half day session £14.
